  • What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?

    Walk your unit prior to make sure it is sparkly and ready for you.
  • Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?

    No you do not need to be home, all pets need to be secured.
  • Do you have on-site maintenance?

    Yes
  • An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?

    Call, email or stop by the office or put a work order in online on RentCafe.
  • What happens if I am locked out?

    During office hours we can assist you, after hours you will need to contact a locksmith.

  • Is parking available?

    Open parking lot, along with detached garages.
  • What amenities does the property offer?

    Resort style pool with cabana, grill and dinning area. Fitness center and social area.
  • During which time periods are the pools and decks available for use?

    10am - 10pm.
  • Is your community pet friendly?

    Yes, 2 pets per apartment, no aggresive breeds, there are non-refundable fees and pet rent.
  • What appliances are standard?

    Refrigerator, stove, microwave and washer/dryer.
  • Do you offer furnished apartments?

    No

  • How long does it take for an application to be approved?

  • What are my options for paying my rent?

    RentCafe online or money order, cashier check or person check.
  • Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

    We have a program with RLL for $16.59 a month that everyone has to take to cover owners liability, you would need to purchase your own insurance for your personal belongings.
  • Which provider can I use for Internet and cable?

    AT&T or Xfinity
  • If my situation changes can I get out of my lease?

    Yes with a 60 day notice, one month termination, pay back any special received and forfeit your regular deposit.
  • How do I set up my utilities?

    When approved we will send you a Welcome Letter with your information to setup your Georgia Power and internet. Water/Sewer will be setup on our end once you get moved in.
  • Which utilities are included in my rent?

    Residents are responsible for all uitlities.
